Clerical Assistant

Title of Position:         Clerical Assistant
Reports to:                 Executive Administrator

Position Summary:  Provides support to Administrative staff

General Duties 

  • Greet and direct visitors to main administrative building
  • Staging of meetings
  • Sorting and delivery of daily mail
  • Tracking and ordering supplies
  • Light data entry
  • Filing for Administration, Finance and Development
  • Tracking of work order requests for Maintenance (in Access database)
  • Tracking of incident reports
  • Set up and maintenance of annual files
  • Light IT troubleshooting
  • Directing donations/maintaining orderliness of office
  • Other duties as assigned through the Executive Administrator

Qualifications

Good written and verbal skills, organizational skills, ability to communicate well with a variety of types of people. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
