Clerical Assistant
Title of Position: Clerical Assistant
Reports to: Executive Administrator
Position Summary: Provides support to Administrative staff
General Duties
- Greet and direct visitors to main administrative building
- Staging of meetings
- Sorting and delivery of daily mail
- Tracking and ordering supplies
- Light data entry
- Filing for Administration, Finance and Development
- Tracking of work order requests for Maintenance (in Access database)
- Tracking of incident reports
- Set up and maintenance of annual files
- Light IT troubleshooting
- Directing donations/maintaining orderliness of office
- Other duties as assigned through the Executive Administrator
Qualifications
Good written and verbal skills, organizational skills, ability to communicate well with a variety of types of people. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
