Give the Gift of Time
Volunteers and community partners are essential to the success of The Women’s Home. Each year our board members, corporations, church groups, local students and program graduates contribute an average of over 33,000 volunteer service hours. Our development team continually surveys staff and residents to determine priority volunteer needs. Our community partners and volunteers fill those specific needs in the following ways:
- Direct vocational training and personal enrichment classes
- Assist at special events and fundraisers
- Provide clinical and administrative support through internships
- Staff our successful social enterprise, The Cottage Shop
