The mission of The Women’s Home is to help women in crisis regain their self-esteem and dignity, empowering them to return to society as productive, self-sufficient individuals.

Long-Range Goals
- The Women’s Home will increase its recognition as a model residential rehabilitation program.
- The Women’s Home will address a third phase of residential rehabilitation for women needing long-term support and services in order to live independently:
- First Step: Expand bed capacity of current program by offering single room transitional housing to women with income.
- Second Step: Establish a facility for women needing continued support services and low-income residence.
- The Women’s Home will have an Endowment sufficient to maintain its facilities.
- The Women’s Home will help secure appropriate employment within the 18-month WholeLife program for all residents who are employable.
- The Women’s Home will develop and implement a plan to advocate for the needs of its clients through local, state and national efforts.
- The Women’s Home will increase the diversity of its Governing Board to better reflect the community it serves.
