The Women’s Home focuses on the health and well-being of the whole person – body, mind and spirit – as their clients work to reclaim their lives. For more than 60 years, taking the time needed for this WholeLife® approach and providing a safe space for healing have been crucial to the mission of The Women’s Home as they continue to serve Houstonians of all walks of life.
In our fast-moving world where there are so many demands on our time and attention, we could all benefit from a WholeLife® approach as we slow down and practice self-care in a thoughtful setting. Join us for this series that will give you an opportunity to reflect on your own body, mind, and spirit.
